Mercedes Bosch EDC17 Error Reading from ECU

Hello all,

I have an issue reading an ECU from a Mercedes Vito 116 CDI 7G Tronic from 2018. TGFlash reports: Error: Reading from ECU. I am trying to read the ECU with a genuine tactrix OpenPort 2.0. Please see the log below.

Other flashing suites had problems with this car as well, apparently the OBD gateway was locked by a recent software update. The ECU needed to be read through pinout.
