TGFlash Support Issues / Response Time

Hello,

Anyone else had issues with support? I bought TGFlash for logging of EDC16 in early December and wouldn't connect to the vehicle.

I am using Scanmatik Pro 2 which is genuine and works perfectly fine, even connects to the car using other software. I have other tools that also read and write to the ECU without issue however, TGFlash tells me to check connection everytime and still not resolved.

I raised a ticket on 15th December - had the 1st reply on 9th Jan (I responded within 30 mins) next reply was a 11 days later asking the same question so I replied again with the information and still nothing?

I have a nice looking software, with great features that I can even use.

They responded to my question within a day, although the answer was useless...
My problem was they didn't have a file on server : their solution was to update DME and then VR :lol:
