SID 209

[BomB Tuner]

Guys i tried doing a sid 209 in a ford ranger it would id the ecu and i could get a virtual read, but when i tried to read or write to the ecu i got communication error after the part where it attempts to patch the ecu

Which j2534 are you using? I did a few of these Rangers, and many Transits, all was fine.

I'd like to know which j2534 cable you need to be able to read and write for the ford sid209.
