Be careful before considering to buy a new module or TGFlash at all.
Support seems to be dead for the last few months.

same error with module 007 edc16c35 on a 2007 e90 325d and genuine scanmatik 2 interface. On scanmatik driver interface I can see that it connects over k-line and I can read out ecu info but tgflash won't work. Other modules with can line are working fine
